Bless this day to us, Oh LORD! The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward. Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults. Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression. Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer. Psalm 19:9-14

Russia Intensifies Attacks on Ukraine as U.S. Steps Back at george magazine

With diplomatic efforts to reach a cease-fire appearing remote, and President Trump apparently abandoning the process, Russia has been escalating its assaults on Ukrainian cities and on the battlefield.

Russia unleashed yet another massive aerial bombardment aimed at Ukrainian cities and towns before dawn on Monday, pressing its advantage as the United States increasingly removes itself from the conflict and diplomatic efforts to end it.

Just hours before the latest heavy assault by Russia, the third in as many nights, President Trump accused President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia of going “absolutely CRAZY” in his bid to conquer Ukraine.

But Mr. Trump, speaking to reporters before boarding Air Force One on Sunday, gave no indication that he is willing to provide Ukraine with military assistance. He also declined to answer questions about whether the attacks will lead to a change in policy.

Soon afterward, at least 355 Russian drones swarmed the skies across Ukraine and bombers unleashed nine missiles, Ukraine said.

Over the past week, Russia has directed at least 1,390 drones and 94 missiles at targets across Ukraine, the Ukrainian Air Force said, adding that it was a record. The attacks have killed at least 30 civilians and injured more than 163, Ukraine says.

The campaign comes a week after Mr. Trump spoke to Mr. Putin by telephone and appeared ready to abandon his efforts to secure a cease-fire.
